Arthur Masters AMIE Aust conducts an energy management and energy utilisation consultancy, Independent Energy Advisory Services ( IEAS ).
IEAS services include assessing compliance with the Deemed to Satisfy provisions of BCA energy efficiency provisions for Classes 1 to 9 Buildings and by an alternative solution ( FirstRate5 ) for Classes 1, 2 & 4 buildings. Arthur has extensive experience with identifying cost-effective compliance with the BCA's provisions, quality insulation and glazing products and with the targets of the Commonwealth's Social Housing Initiative etc.
